29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1):The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.9(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent:  In the production area at 202 Day Street, West Springfield, MA: On and before August 2, 2022, employees engaged in the production of pallets, skids, crates and boxes, were not included in a continuing, effective Hearing Conservation Program.  Four employees were exposed to 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) sound levels of 87.2, 89.6, 90.5 and 91 dBA while operating and working in close proximity to Tech pneumatic nailers.
