29 CFR 1926.1428(a)(3): The employer did not make the documentation for whichever option was used available at the site while the signal person was employed by the employer. The documentation did not specify each type of signaling (e.g. hand signals, radio signals, etc.) for which the signal person meets the requirements of paragraph (c) of this section. a. On or about June 28, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not immediately produce documentation of signal person training when requested. On or about July 13, 2022, the employer provided documentation of signal person training that did not specify each type of signaling for which the signal person is qualified.
