29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 6/21/2022 at a shopping complex located at 2675 Union Road, Cheektowaga, New York; employees were working on and reaching over the parapet to apply trim and finishes on the roof of a building with a fall height of approximately 20 feet. There were no fall protection measures in place. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
