29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) On or about July 05, 2022, at the Eastman Blue Jay End fabric cutting machine, the employer did not ensure proper guarding was in place and used at the point of operation prior to the start of production. This exposed employees to laceration, and amputation hazards.
