29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: (a) On or about 07/05/2022 - Press Department, Print Press #14, the energy control procedure did not include the control of pneumatic energy when removing film material stuck in the lay-on roller of the machine exposing employees to caught-in and amputation hazards.
