29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(xi): Cable assemblies and flexible cords and cables were not supported in place at intervals that ensure that they will be protected from physical damage: Employees engaged in auto service at Valvoline Instant Oil Change located at 3500 Village Drive, Lincoln, Nebraska, were exposed to electrical hazards in that the cord of a fan was strewn across a walkway in such a way that they were not protected from physical damage.
