29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Instance One Location: Manual Edger Machine Employees are exposed to crushing hazards where the edger clamp closed on the operator's finger. Instance Two Location: Printer Employees are exposed to crushing hazards while the printer is operating. Where an employee reached into the printer to retrieve a piece of plastic and his finger was crushed between the moving table and the frame of the printer.
