The attachment point may be located in the pre-sternal position if the free fall distance is limited to 2 feet (0.6 m) or less: On or about 7/6/2022 at the jobsite located at 275 Giralda Ave, CORAL GABLES, FL 33134, an employee was exposed to inversion from a fall due to attachment point of the Weanas Thicken Climbing Harness, Protect Waist Safety Harness, Wider Half Body Harness (Model Z-Y) not being attached to the dorsal position of the harness while utilizing a Sky Genie shock absorbing lanyard (Model #LS-2S-48, Serial #307483) with a maximum fall distance of 4 feet.
