29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a-27-33 Franklin Turnpike, Mahwah NJ 07430: Employees engaged in roofing activities on a 6 on 12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15ft to the asphalt below in which personal fall arrest harnesses were donned but not secured to an anchor point to prevent fall hazards. Condition observed on or about 07/07/2022

Condition observed on or about 07/07/2022
