29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a)Worksite, Residential Roof: On or about 7/2/25, employees were replacing a residential roof, approximately 15 feet above the ground, and were not protected from falling by personal fall arrest system. Employees were not donning harness with lanyards in order to connect to the lifelines on the roof. All Seasons Roofing & Siding Inc was previously cited for a violation of 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1606258, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 19, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 27-33 Franklin Turnpike, Mahwah, New Jersey, 07430.
