29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about July 2, 2022 Quick Roofing, LLC., as the controlling employer, did not maintain an effective program to include frequent and regular inspections made by a competent person of the job site, materials, and equipment. Employees of Raymundo Esquivel Lopez, a subcontractor, were exposed to fall hazards greater than 22 feet while conducting roofing activities in a residential building without the benefit of fall protection systems.
