Such protection shall consist of scaling to remove loose material; installation of protective barricades at intervals as necessary on the face to stop and contain falling material; or other means that provide equivalent protection: On or about July 7, 2022, the employer did not provide adequate protection from loose rock or soil falling or rolling hazards from excavation face while employees were in a trench located at the intersection of Rockside Road and Sklyline Drive Seven Hills, Ohio 44131.
