29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6):Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a) 200 Building, Aisle 211; On or about July 6, 2022 and at times prior to the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that employees that operated forklifts were allowed to push pallets with the body of the lift truck while at the same time carrying a load on the forks blocking the forward view.
