29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) At 2855 Selma Hwy Montgomery, AL.: On February 21, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards when employees are required to perform preventative maintenance on the Module 2 Conveyor Line 220 Motor, in that the employer failed to develop, document, and utilize a machine specific lockout/tagout procedures.
