On or about July 3, 2022, at a worksite located at 601 South Commercial St Neenah, Wisconsin, the employer did not ensure personal protective equipment for employee's body and extremities were used to protect Beverage Operators against potential thermal burns to their arms and body while hooking up lines and hoses on  jumper panels in the process of blending product in the Beverage Department.
