29 CFR 1926.652(c)(2)(iii): Manufacturer's specifications, recommendations, and limitations, and manufacturer's approval to deviate from the specifications, recommendations, and limitations were not in written form at the jobsite during construction of the protective system. After that time this data may be stored off the jobsite, but a copy shall be made available to the Secretary upon request. (a) On or about July 12, 2022, the employer did not maintain a copy of the tabulated data for GME aluminum protective trench shield (Serial Number # M22O41374), at the job site during construction of the protective system or at an off site company location after the construction of the protective system.
