DBA PPC Flexible Packaging, on or about July 13th, 2022, at the location of 9465 Edison St NE, Alliance, OH 44601: Employees are working with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, byproducts produced when heating low density polyethylene homopolymer. The employer did not have in place a written hazard communication program.
