Wheels shall be blocked if the truck is parked on an incline.  A.) On July 12, 2022, the JLG rough terrain forklift was parked outside of bay #7 of the mechanic's shop with the forks in a raised position. On July 13, 2022, employees that were driving by the forks of the JLG rough terrain forklift were exposed to struck by hazard.
