29 CFR 1910.110(e)(4)(iii):Permanent and removable fuel containers were not securely mounted to prevent jarring loose, slipping, or rotating: Employees were exposed to flammable hazards, in that the mounting pin on the Yale MX50 #1forklift was not used properly, resulting in the propane tank not being properly aligned to the forklift by using the mounting pin to ensure tank is at the correct angle to ensure forklift propane connections are able to securely connect the tank to the forklift without leaking.
