29 CFR 1926.652(d)(2):Manufactured materials and equipment used for protective systems were not used and maintained in a manner that was consistent with the recommendations of the manufacturer: (a) On or about July 12, 2022, at or near Highway 10 & 121st Avenue SW in South Heart, North Dakota, were the trench shield was hung in place through the use of horizontal cross members which is not consistent with the Manufacturer's Tabulated Data and was not approved by a professional engineer.
