29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Eastern Production Area, the outer insulation cover of the power cord to the Unit #6 portable air conditioner was torn out of its male plug housing which transferred tension onto the three inner conductors and their joints, on or about July 13, 2022. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
