29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while performing residential roofing activities. This was most recently observed at 5407 Arrowhead Lane, Bellevue, Nebraska on July 13, 2022 where the employer has employees installing roof materials on a new residential home without fall protection where the ground to eave was above 12 feet. The Arandais Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1548268, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 26, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 17508 Porter St, Elkhorn, Nebraska.
