29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about July 20th, 2022, in Papillion, Nebraska 68005. Multiple employees were observed conducting roofing operations at heights greater than 6 feet without any means of fall protection. Arandas Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1537574, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 8-20-21, with respect to a workplace located at 4532 South 219th Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022.
