29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employees did not always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and climbed on the edge of the basket or used planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: East exterior wall of commercial building. On or about July 14, 2022, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while welding from the platform of a Genie S-60 J telescopic boom aerial lift and climbing on the mid rails of the platform.
