29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) On or about July 14, 2022, employees conducted commercial metal roof installation without fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard of 17.8 feet. Roofed Right America LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1438428, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 7, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2900 N. Oakland Avenue in Milwaukee, WI 53211.
