29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) 1512 S. Hancock Avenue, Dover, DE 19901: On or about July 15, 2022, the employer failed to ensure employees conducting siding activities on a residential construction site, approximately 12 feet above grade, had and used fall protection.
