Hancock Avenue, Dover, DE 19901: On or about 5/30/2023, CSHO observed employees conducting siding operations who were exposed to bleeding type injuries from tools and materials and the potential for falls of approximately 6 feet where no one on site was certified in first aid and the nearest medical treatment station was approximately 8 minutes away.
