29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) On or about July 18, 2022 at Lot 576 Winning Color Trail, Daphne, Al: The employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that the employer failed to ensure employees were protected from falling material such as trusses when passing them up to an employee that was standing on the top plate due to not wearing a hard hat.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) On or about July 18, 2022 at Lot 576 Winning Color Trail, Daphne, Al: The employer exposed employee to fall hazard of 9 feet 9 inches to ground in that the employer did not ensure that employees were using the ladder in a safe manor, in that the ladder did not extend 3 feet above the roof eave which exposed employees to fall hazards.
