29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a) On or about July 19, 2022, at 401 Clearfield Lane in Appleton Wisconsin, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a house main roof at 19.5 feet above surface level without utilizing fall protection equipment. b) On or about July 19, 2022, at 401 Clearfield Lane in Appleton Wisconsin, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working on a house porch roof at 10 feet above surface level without utilizing fall protection equipment. c) On or about July 19, 2022, at 401 Clearfield Lane in Appleton Wisconsin, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working on a house garage at 10.5 feet above surface level without utilizing fall protection equipment.
