29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a) Worksite, 883 Chestnut St., Sharon Springs- On or about June 23, 2022, an employee was hospitalized while operating the Bliss C-22 Punch Press resulting in an amputation of their right index finger. The hospitalization and amputation occurred on 6-23-2022. The incident was reported on 7-13-2022 by the employer.
