1910.212(a)(1)  One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  On or about July 24, 2022: Employees engaged in testing the ?Thundernation? roller coaster ride at the Silver Dollar City amusement park located at 399 Silver Dollar City Parkway in Branson, Missouri; were exposed to struck-by hazards in that no guards or other means of maintaining separation between workers and moving parts of the roller-coaster were in place. Employees were exposed along the track while within the ride perimeter to perform maintenance/troubleshooting while the ride was in operation.
