29 CFR 1926.451(a)(1): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not capable of supporting, without failure, its own weight and at least four times the maximum intended load applied or transmitted to it. a) Worksite, 17 Deer Park Lane, Kings Point, NY- Employees working from a carpenter's bracket scaffold fell approximately 20 ft. when the bracket detached from the wall under the weight of two employees; on or about 7/21/22. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
