29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about July 25, 2022 at jobsite at 1644, 1638, 1626 and 1620 Yellowstone Circle, Crystal Lake, Illinois, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to falls of approximately 19 feet or more above ground level while engaged in residential roofing activities. Fall protection was not being utilized while performing roofing activities. Oggy's LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1568732, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 12, 2022 , with respect to a workplace located at 2704 Deerfield Lane, ROLLING MEADOWS, IL 60008.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) On or about July 25, 2022, Oggy's LLC employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing roofing work and the employer did not provide a training program to recognize fall hazards and the procedure to be followed in order to minimize those hazards. Oggy's LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1568732, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on May 12, 2022 , with respect to a workplace located at 2704 Deerfield Lane, ROLLING MEADOWS, IL 60008. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
