29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer shall have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. The training shall include the following areas, as applicable: a) Jobsite: 701 E 12st, Chester, PA 19013 - The employer did not train an employee working from the fourth level of a supported tubular welded frame scaffold, exposed to approximately a 27 foot fall hazard, to recognize the hazards associated with working from scaffolds and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. Condition noted on/about June 28, 2022.
