29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) New Rd and Route 70 East, Southampton, NJ - The employer did not ensure that the employee was using a personal fall arrest system while aloft in an aerial lift approximately 30 feet above the ground thus exposing the employee to a fall hazard. This condition was observed on or about July 28, 2022.
