29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Worksite was located at 604 18th Avenue, Belmar, NJ 07719: A worker felling and limbing trees from a Freightliner bucket boom was observed in the bucket approximately forty feet in the air with no fall protection on. Violation was observed on or about December 13, 2024. Rich Tree Service, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1610914, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/05/2022, with respect to a workplace located at New Rd and Route 70 East, Southampton, NJ 08088.
