29 CFR 1910.119(e)(3)(v):The process hazard analysis did not address facility siting. a) Johanna Foods Ammonia Refrigeration system; The 2017 PHA identified the worst case scenario to be a release 9,950lbs of anhydrous ammonia during delivery. The dispersion modeling calculated that a 1,000ppm cloud of ammonia would expand across 645ft of the facility. The PHA does not address the impact to the employees being exposed to 1,000ppm of ammonia, including but not limited to, an evacuation or while sheltering in place, on or about 7/28/2022.
