29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). The employer does not protect each employee from a fall hazard while working on an elevated surface with an unprotected side or edge which is approximately 11.3 feet above a lower level by use of a guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. This most recently occurred on or about July 28, 2022, at a new construction worksite located near 7226 Hillsview Drive, Concord Township, 44077. Employees are exposed to hazard of falling approximately 11.3 feet to the ground, while engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels.
