29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   On or about July 12, 2022, the pallet wrapping machines were not equipped with one or more methods to prevent the operator from being exposed to amputation and/ or caught-in hazards during normal operations.   a) During normal operations, the net wrapper had an unguarded set of electronically driven rollers, exposing the operator to finger amputation hazards.  b) During normal operations, the Lantech automated wrapper had a unguarded machine driven turn table, exposing individuals walking by to caught-in hazards.
