At the Lakeside Grand Apartments at Merchants Row Blvd in Tallahassee Florida: On or about July 26, 2022, on the second story outer wall top plates, the employer exposed a framing employee installing trusses to a 19-foot fall hazard, in that he was not protected by a fall protection system
