29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 22360 Highway 181, Rockwell Apartments Building 1, Fairhope, Alabama: On August 23, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 8 inches to the ground below. b) At 22360 Highway 181, Rockwell Apartments Building 2, Fairhope, Alabama: On August 23, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 19 feet 10 inches to the ground below. c) At 22360 Highway 181, Rockwell Apartments Building 8, Fairhope, Alabama: On August 23, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 19 feet 10 inches to the ground below. The PJC Contractor, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1643561, citation number 1, item number 1, group A and was affirmed as a final order on April 14, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 9121 Pine Forest Road, Pensacola, Florida. The PJC Contractor, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1611214, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1898 Merchants Row Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida.
