This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately ten 10 feet, six (6) inches.  The A&J Roofing Solutions company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1487534, citation number 2 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 10th, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 27730 Silver Lake Rd. Salem, WI.
