29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential roofing activities, 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) On or about July 29, 2022, employees conducting roofing work on an 8:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately ten 10 feet, six (6) inches. The A&J Roofing Solutions company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1487534, citation number 2 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 10th, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 27730 Silver Lake Rd. Salem, WI.
