29 CFR 1926.754(e)(2)(iii): 29 CFR 1926.754.(e)(2)(iii): Metal decking holes and openings were not immediately permanently filled with the equipment or structure needed or intended to fulfill its specific use and strength requirements of paragraph (e)(3) of this section, and/or were not immediately covered: (a) On or before 7/28/22 the employer did not ensure that roofers were protected from falls in that holes in the steel roof were not guarded. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 20 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
