Employees performing overhand bricklaying operations from a supported scaffold were not protected from falling from all open sides and ends of the scaffold and the scaffold was not tied to the structure, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.

Employees were performing overhand bricklaying operations from a supported scaffold that did not have guardrails on the sides of the work platform, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
