29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Jobsite located at 1805 S Sixth St, Philadelphia, PA - On or about July 27, 2022, The employer did not ensure each employee working on the leading edge of the roof of a three story residential building, approximately 36 feet from the ground were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.
