29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): An exit access was not at least 28 inches wide as required and/or where there was only one exit access leading to an exit or exit discharge, the width of the exit and exit discharge was not at least equal to the width of the exit access: (a) On or about July 29, 2022 - exit access and exit discharge, employees were exposed to fire hazards when the exit access and exit discharge were not at least 28 inches wide when a dumpster, a curb, and pipe blocked exit discharge from the receiving dock steps. (b) On or about July 29, 2022 - exit access and exit discharge, the access to the exit was not at least 28 inches when the exit door partially blocked the exit discharge to the receiving dock steps. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1501569, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/03/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1707 East Houston Street, Cleveland, TX 77327.

(b) On or about July 29, 2022 - stockroom exit route, the door marked as an exit from the store into the stockroom had a buggy blocking it inside the stockroom.
