29 CFR 1926.503(c): The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: a) 1435 Nursery Street, Fogelsville, PA 18051: On or about August 05, 2022, employees installing roof sheathing on a sloped roof, approximately 10 feet above grade, were exposed to fall hazards when not provided an appropriate means of fall protection.
