Maintenance Bay 5 - On or about August 9, 2022, the Palmgren bench mounted drill press was not equipped with a guard to prevent employee exposure to the rotating chuck and drill bit as well as flying chips and debris.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. Wall entering into Maintenance Bay 5 - On or about August 9, 2022, the electrical circuit breaker panel on the wall by the entrance to the maintenance bays was blocked by a pallet loaded with boxes of material.
