29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) and passageway(s) were not kept clear and in good repair with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. (a) 1033 Old West Chocolate Avenue, Hershey, PA - Employees are exposed to struck by hazards from blocked passageways from gaylords stored in the designated pedestrian walkways, on the B side of the facility between Line 3 and the maintenance shop, on or about August 10, 2022 Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
