McCreary Roofing Company, 1404 East Avenue, Erie, PA: On or about August 10, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were conducting re-roofing operations while utilizing Tremco Premium IV A. The employer did not provide the Tremco Premium IV A Safety Data Sheet to the building occupants prior to starting the roofing work.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(i):At a multi-employer workplace, the employer's hazard communication program did not include methods the employer used to provide other employers with on-site access to a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical the other employer(s)' employees may be exposed to while working: a.) McCreary Roofing Company, 1404 East Avenue, Erie, PA: On or about August 10, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were conducting re-roofing operations while utilizing Tremco Premium IV A. The employer's Roofing Safety Plan describes the process of providing SDSs to host locations, the employer did not provide the SDS for Tremco Premium IV A for this re-roofing job to the host. Additionally, the employer's Hazard Communication Program and Roofing Safety Plan uses the term MSDS instead of the current, proper term of SDS.
